Doing what you are PULLED to do is more rewarding than doing what you HAVE to do. The trick is how can you incorporate more of this in your life. I could give you some strategies or tools that work for me, but the reality is that this is MUST be an individual journey in a way that works for you. But I do believe that one principal to having this is your life is to put SPACE into your life that allows you to connect to your meaningful purpose or said differently that makes you come alive.
Schedule time with yourself on a weekly basis to explore what makes you ALIVE.
We tend to listen to that little voice inside our heads that are constantly part of interpretations of what we see is available to us. These are the ASSESSMENTS that shape our lives. They can serve us by making us work harder in areas that we “assess” we are not good enough. But they can also sabotage us by keeping us from taking steps toward a new direction.
